Our Story PJ Exclusive Car Detailing was born from the genuine passion of one of our executives, Mr. Itsara Lertnaphawong, a car enthusiast who personally dedicated his time to car care and maintenance. This passion led to the opening of our first car wash service at Big C Mall in 2019.

Following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, services at the Big C Chanthaburi branch were concluded in May. However, this challenge sparked an innovative idea: transitioning to a private, high-end detailing service operated from the founder’s own garage. Our new approach focused on providing “one-car-at-a-time” services—including washing, polishing, and coating—using only world-class, premium quality products and equipment. By leveraging online marketing and adapting to changing consumer behaviors during the pandemic, the shop received an overwhelming response, leading to a steadily growing and loyal customer base.

In 2023, the business expanded into a larger facility to meet increasing demand. Since then, the company has continued to grow and has been officially incorporated as PJ Exclusive Car Detailing Co., Ltd.
